Welcome to Nesty AI. By creating an account or using Nesty you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nesty.

What Nesty is

Nesty is an AI assistant that answers questions and helps with writing, learning and everyday tasks. It offers a free tier and optional paid plans (Premium and Ultra). It is run by an independent developer and offered "as is".

Plans and limits

Free users have lower limits on messages, file attachments and image creation/editing. Premium and Ultra raise those limits for 30 days (or 365 days if you choose yearly). Limits reset on a rolling window. We may change limits or prices. Paying does not guarantee perfect or unlimited service.

Plans are non-refundable except where required by law. Access ends when the period expires unless you pay again.

Payments

Payments are processed via M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja). You must provide a valid phone number. We do not store your full payment details. Successful payment upgrades your plan for the chosen period. Failed or cancelled payments do not upgrade you.

AI can make mistakes

Nesty's answers are created by AI and may be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Nesty can look up current information when Web search is on, but search results can also be wrong, biased or out of date, and when Web search is off Nesty may not know recent events. Always check important information, especially news, prices, health, legal and money matters. Nesty is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional, and its answers are not professional advice. In an emergency, contact the proper services.

Message, file and image limits

To keep Nesty fair, each person has limits on messages, file attachments and images. When you reach a limit you will need to wait until the time shown before you can do more. Paid plans raise the limits. We may change the limits at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You allow Nesty to store and process your chats so the service can work, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Check that you have the right to share anything you attach.

Pictures made or edited by Nesty

You are responsible for what you ask Nesty to create or edit and how you use the pictures. Do not make or edit pictures that are sexual, violent or hateful, that copy a real person or are meant to trick others, or that break someone's rights. AI pictures can look strange or be wrong. We limit how many pictures you can make or edit, and we may refuse a request.

Code and files

Nesty can write code and files, but they may contain mistakes or security problems. Check them before you use them. Code you run in Nesty's preview runs on your own device, so only run code you trust. Do not use Nesty to create malware or other harmful code. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by code or files you create or run.

Links and files

Answers may include links to other websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them. Do not attach files or pictures that you do not have the right to share, or that contain other people's private information.

Availability

Nesty depends on external services, so it may be slow, change, or stop working at any time without notice. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Ending access

You can stop using Nesty at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Limit of responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses or damage that come from using Nesty or relying on its answers. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that cannot be removed.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using Nesty after a change means you accept the new version.
